There's a Brand That Specializes in Selling "NT Denim"

#ntdenim took the Internet storm last year, but there's a brand that really sells "NT Denim."

Last year, thanks to Nike Talk and Twitter, #ntdenim became a real thing. For those that are unfamiliar, the hashtag refers to the act of wearing awesome sneakers with equally awful jeans—the type that are either too baggy, bootcut, stone-washed, or all of the above.

It looks like that we were all a little late on the trend, though. It turns out that there's a Brazilian brand actually called "NT Denim." Sadly, the brand doesn't sell ill-fitting jeans, and the lookbooks aren't styled with the latest Air Jordan retros or ASICS collaborations. NT Denim, instead, sells slim jeans that are more likely to be worn by European tourists than seen on sneaker forums.

It would have been great if the brand got true #ntdenim legends, such as Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor or Jerry Seinfeld, to model its lookbooks. Sadly, we can only dream that NT Denim recognizes the irony of how legendary its brand could be.
