Sneaker brands love themes, and one of their favorites is Chinese New Year. Without fail, some of the most sought after pairs of the year come from special Chinese New Year releases, and with the New Year falling on February 19, it’s time to start seeing what the brands are up to this time.
The year that starting on February 19 is The Year of the Sheep, and Vans has already given us a good look at what they’ve got going on. Keeping it simple, and super wearble, comes two pairs of Slip-Ons and two pairs of Sk8-His. Both are done in supple leather (could be sheepskin, still too early to tell), with plush woolen lining – perfect for the depth of winter when these things comes out.
We haven’t gotten any specific release information quite yet, but look forward to these dropping very soon to celebrate that new new.
