To many sneakerheads Nike’s Air Tech Challenge II will always be considered “Agassis,” a name taken from the man who wore them first: Andre Agassi. It is from him that this tradition grows out of, so it’s fitting that Nike’s newest color way draws inspiration from his legacy.

Rooted in the stripped shirts that Agassi always wore, the upcoming Air Tech Challenge II “Pinstripe” is ready for the court. Dressed up almost entirely in tennis white, the sockliner, cotton tongue, and heel feature a white base with navy blue stripes. The navy comes through again in the lacing, angle strap, and a wrap around the heel. An orange label adds a shock of color on the tongue matching the A in "AIR" across the heel.

5Pointz, a sneaker store in the UK, predicts that these will release on April 21 over on that side of the pond. Stay tuned for other release info.
