Don't expect the court battle between Nike and its former designers to end anytime soon.

On Monday, a lawyer representing Denis Dekovic, Marc Dolce, and Mark Miner filed a motion that disputes the Swoosh's claims of stealing the company's trade secrets. According to the lawyer, Nike combed through 27 electronic devices and nearly 70,000 pages of documents without finding any hard evidence that its secrets were compromised.

Earlier this month, Nike fired back at the trio's claims that their privacy rights had been violated. Nike argued that the snooping was fair game because it owned the devices and followed the brand's electronic communications policy.

The next development will take place in early May, where Nike will depose Dekovic in Venice. Stay tuned for more in this ongoing legal battle.
