Auto-tune crooner T-Pain probably isn't going to top any "celebrity sneakerhead" lists anytime soon, but don't count the Nappy Boy out just yet.
As he preps the release of his upcoming album, Stoicville: The Phoenix, Pain recently took to Instagram to share a pair of custom New Balance 993s he recently designed. Honestly, we're kind of impressed: the silhouette is timeless, the colorway is clean, and T-Pain even came up with a creative theme to tie the concept together. Calling them the "Stix and Stoned" 993s, T-Pain says the first thing he's going to do with these is lace them up and take them on a run — straight to his couch.
