For the first time Greats is making the Pronto Runner available to the masses. If you pay close attention to these things, you’ll recognize the Pronto from their collaboration with Pyer Moss this winter. The shoe walked Pyer Moss’ show during New York Fashion Week in rich colors, but the release this summer is for a wider audience.
Sitting on a rubber outsole, the upper is made with ballistic mesh and Italian suede. Accents include a hand cut leather stabilizer wrapping around the heel, a reflective 3M toe accent, and full leather lining. Greats brand is subtly debossed on the tongue and heel. On each pair, the uppers are almost entirely tonal, with grey 3M, white midsoles, and natural leather on the liner and stabilizer.
The Pronto is available to the public on Monday, June 15. But signing up at Greats.com offers early access that is already open.
Retail is set at $199 for the Cadet, Cargo, and Graphite colorways.
