Hender Scheme's remaking of classic sneakers into hardbottom shoes has been controversial. Some people view it as an elevating of sneaker culture as a whole, while others see it as copyright infringement. But the brand's trend continues to march on, and is recently demonstrated by its trading its usual vegetable-tanned leathers for all-black ones.

Canada's Haven Shop took the time to preview what Hender Scheme, a Japanese label, has been working on lately. The star of the collection, like its previous work, is the homage to the Air Jordan IV. There's also the usual suspects that are riffs on Vans, New Balance, and the Air Force 1.

There's no set release date, but Hender Scheme is previewing these sneakers at Paris Fashion Week.
