When it comes to Nike's output in the 1980s, sneakers like the Air Jordan 1, Dunk High, and Air Max 1 tend to get most of the recognition, but the brand has plenty of gems still tucked in the archives like the Air Epic.

Originally introduced in 1985 as a performance running shoe alongside models like the Vector and Vengeance, the Air Epic has seen a few retros over the years, but it's never had a drop quite like this. The "Deep Burgundy/Dark Fireberry" colorway is part of a four-sneaker Quickstrike pack with enough flair and O.G. style to appeal to new and old 'heads alike.

This colorway features a dark suede base that is accented by pops of vivid red and orange. A white midsole and laces keep things balanced, while a perforated heel and mesh toe keep things breathable in the heat.

Many Quickstrike releases sell out as soon as they drop, but you can still cop these right now from Kith for $110.
