Just last week we reported that there is a forthcoming Nike Air Max 95 “Grape” colorway on its way, but it’s not alone. There are now reports that a “Blue Slate” colorway is set to follow closely behind.
The mostly white sneakers get their name from the three shades of steely blue in the iconic Air Max 95 fashion. Slate blue is set against royal blue and navy blue. A white midsole plays base for a slate blue Air Max bubble system with a black outsole. A swoosh of aquamarine is embroidered on the heel, matching the branding on the tongue.
2015 marks the 20th anniversary of the Air Max 95, so we should expect to see more than just the Grapes and Blue Slate. Stay tuned for more colorways that are guaranteed to make OG heads excited.
