At this point, you know anytime that Nike and Wieden + Kennedy drop a new commercial, it's gonna be good. The ad agency's latest project is Nike's "Short a Guy" campaign, which follows a young athlete as he steps in to fill in for a missing player across a number of sports.

You'll see Nike athletes like Anthony Davis, Mike Trout, Mia Hamm, and Andrew Luck encourage the fledgling athlete to strap on his gear and join them. It's reminiscent of Michael Jordan and Spike Lee's unforgettable "Is it the shoes?" spots and also calls back to Nike's early '90s multi-sport campaigns featuring Bo Jackson.

The underlying theme is that Nike's products can prepare you for any situation, whether it's a last-minute soccer goal or game-sealing football run.
