This morning, Wale took to Instagram to unveil what may be his most unforeseen collaboration yet — a ski suit inspired by Washington, D.C. fashion. Along with that announcement, he dropped off some more news that should make sneakerheads happy.
"Also going to be dropping ANOTHER sneaker very soon! Bottle rockets went so crazy many companies have been reaching out for the next wave," Wale said, referring to his Independence Day-themed "Bottle Rocket" Gel-Lyte IIIs that were released in collaboration with Villa and ASICS.
Unfortunately, he didn't offer up much else in the way of info, but did reveal that it's Villa that he's partnered with, not a specific sneaker company, which means he can work with just about any brand he wants. Stay tuned, this should be good.
