It's hard to look at this picture of Air Max 95s crumbling in the midsole and not feel bad for the owner. Russian Sneakerhead @krpsky decided it was time to un-deadstock his "Neon" Air Max 95s and the expected happened.

After 18 years of sitting on ice, the sneakers completely fell apart with one wear. The pair in question wasn't just an old pair of 95s, either, it was a sample made with a white midsole, unlike the black one found on the production versions.

The best advice we can give is don't try this if you have pair that's that old, or wear your sneakers way before they get to that point.
