The Air Jordan 1 is no stranger to getting the denim treatment. It's been featured on both the "Family Forever" release as well as the coveted Levi's 501 x Air Jordan 1 Pack. And while those are certainly noteworthy models, a recently shared image of an upcoming pair of 1s could be the craziest denim offering from Jordan Brand yet.
Posted on Instagram by 23penny, the sneaker community gets its first look at a possible upcoming pair of Air Jordan 1s. The pair features a distressed denim upper complete with frayed edges, faded and wrinkled details, and a well-worn finish. Could this be another Pinnacle release? The brass "Wings" logo gives credence to that rumor but the shoe doesn't appear to have the 24k gold detailing featured on previous Pinnacle models. Whatever the case, these new denim Jordan 1s are definitely going to have sneakerheads extra thirsty. Stay tuned as this story develops.
