At this point, you should be well acquainted with sneaker customizer/shoemaker Jacob Ferrato, better known to footwear enthusiasts as JBF Customs. After making a name for himself over the last few years with countless exotic material Air Jordan customs — something he's since stopped altogether — Ferrato has set his sights on something bigger: his very own made from scratch silhouettes. In June, he debuted his first creation, the Primo High, and today we're getting a look at what's next.
Known as the Terrazzo, this model shifts from the extended ankle seen on the Primo High for a cut that's closer to a mid or low top. From design to construction, Ferrato built the Terrazzo from the ground up in Cleveland, Ohio. It's based around a genuine black python with overlays of black leather in both grain and suede. Details come in the form of black leather laces, a vegetable tanned leather liner, and suede insoles, while the heel features a Nail Target.
If you're digging the Terrazzo, custom order inquiries can be placed via JBF's website. In the meantime, you can keep up with his latest work on Instagram.
