As much as we love Nike's present dayad campaigns, it's pretty hard to top the brand's legendary marketing of the late '80s and early '90s. The aggressive, bold presentations were a huge factor in Nike's early success, but what if they still used them today?

Sole Collector discovered a graphic designer who's been toying with this very notion, and he's cooking up jaw-dropping work. Instagram user @mbroidered has been filling his account with fictional ads for everything from the Nike MAG to Flyknits and even "OVO" Jordans.

But instead of simply copy-and-pasting new sneakers onto old ads and calling it a day, the designer has tweaked the descriptions and references to correspond with the featured footwear. They're so good, they could pass as the real deal, but we'll let you be the judge.
