After dropping not one, but two drug-themed ASICS collaborations at Art Basel Miami earlier this month, Concepts is closing out 2015 with one of its best sneakers of the year.

Returning to the New Balance 998 silhouette for the first time since 2013's "Mint" release, Concepts continues its string of luxury-inspired releases with the "Grand Tourer."

It's inspired by automobile races, or more specifically the GT vehicle. Known for both their function and style, the GT's dual-purpose extends to this Made in USA sneaker, which has been decked out in a tasteful mix of grey, off-white, sea green, and red — a combination inspired by maps, race flags, and car interiors. A carbon fiber print appears at the heel, while Concepts branding is on the insole.

Known for its unique release methods, Concepts NYC has teamed with Classic Cars Club for an event that will showcase some of the classic GT car that inspired the sneaker. Meanwhile, on the left coast, it's partnered with Period Correct for an in-store pop-up shop that will display vintage vehicles.

Retail is $215, and these will drop exclusively at Concepts in store and online on December 26.
