When it comes to buying a home, there are a lot of important factors to consider, like location, price, space, etc. In addition to those details, it looks like some Los Angeles home buyers also factor in their real estate agent's sneaker game. That's where Lee Mintz comes in, who apparently uses her impressive Air Jordan collection to earn cool points with her high profile professional athlete clients.

In a profile with the Wall Street Journal, Mintz explained how she started collecting Air Jordans in 2009 to appeal to clients. "A woman that wears Jordans, she's considered cool." says Mintz. Her list of clients includes NBA and NFL players like Nick Young, LaMarcus Aldridge, and Chris Johnson, who are all known to be sneaker enthusiasts. Her collection is already at 26 pairs, and it looks like it's still growing based on the pair of Air Jordan 11 "72-10" sneakers that she tweeted about last week. Not a bad strategy for winning over the trust of clients who are serious about sneakers.
