There's something special about Air Jordans re-releasing for the first time ever. Retros give OG sneakerheads a nostalgic feeling, while it provides newer collectors who didn't have the opportunity to own them, too.
With the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Metallic Blue" already having a scheduled release date, it was only right that the high top pair retro, too. After word about a re-release got out last month there's now a date.
In 1986, Jordan released a series metallic colorways. Although, the brand re-released several colorways in 2009, The "Metallic Blue" was missing. With a white leather upper and blue accents on the Swoosh, heel, wing logo, and extra set of laces, the sneakers are a refreshing colorway for the silhouette.
The Air Jordan 1 High "Metallic Blue" is scheduled to release on June 4 for $160. Stay posted for more official release details in the future.
