It's been about a year and a half since three of Nike's top designers left the brand for adidas, but it looks as though the group's non-compete agreements may be finally be expiring as one of them has officially come on board at the Three Stripes.

Nice Kicks spotted a Facebook update from Marc Dolce which shows that the designer began his role as Vice President and Creative Director at adidas' Brooklyn Creator Farm earlier today. We first heard about this Brooklyn design studio when the news of the designers jumping ship broke in 2014, and now it sounds like the wheels are finally in motion.

adidas Global Creative Director Paul Gaudio issued the following statement regarding the brand's Brooklyn Creator Farm.

We are the brand that allows people to create. Every day, we're looking forward and shaping what's next. We are fueling creativity and innovation, pushing industry boundaries, thinking differently, experimenting and giving consumers a whole new era of adidas. The reins are off, creativity is growing and our people are testing ideas, making things, breaking things and discovering. There are no limitations.
