Despite being dropped by Nike in February after his abhorrent anti-gay remarks, Manny Pacquiao followed through with his plans to wear Nike boxing boots into the ring for last night's fight against Timothy Bradley.

Just as he's done in several of his previous fights, Pacquiao wore the Nike HyperKO boxing boot donning the "Philippines" colorway which he debuted in last year's lackluster mega fight against Floyd Mayweather. In his previous bout with Bradley, Pacquiao wore a "Black/Red" version of the same model. Bradley had also previously worn the HyperKO against "Pac Man," but opted for an ASICS wrestling shoe called the Aggressor 2 this go round.

In the lead up to the fight, Pacquiao was spotted wearing and training in Under Armour product. However, the company was quick to dismiss reports linking the brand to the boxing star.

After the fight, which Pacquiao won by majority decision in impressive fashion, the Filipino icon announced his retirement stating, "Yes, as of now I am retired. I am going to go home and think about it, but I want to be with my family."
