PUMA set things off at ComplexCon this past weekend at the PUMA Lab, powered by Foot Locker booth, dropping new releases that fuse innovative technology and streetwear aesthetics. PUMA’s newest running shoe, the IGNITE evoKNIT, went on sale exclusively at ComplexCon, and so did the IGNITE Limitless (ahead of its February 2017 launch). Metro Boomin was on hand to show off the latest Blaze of Glory Limitless Hi, another style that’s not officially dropping until Spring 2017.

PUMA Ambassador YesJulz also popped by the PUMA Lab to introduce the latest drop of the PUMA Fierce franchise, the Fierce KRM—a laceless ankle-high shoe, built for dancers, as well as the more traditional workout. The model features a subtle 3D lace-like texture, or kurim material, on the toecap for a little extra swag. Julz did plenty of snapping and got hype with PUMA fans about the new Fierce KRM.

Jeff Staple came through and gave attendees a sneak peek of the Spring-Summer ’17 collection that he collaborated with PUMA on under the NTRVL label. Specifically, he brought out the IGNITE Limitless and IGNITE evoKNIT. This is the first time that PUMA and Jeff Staple have joined forces to create an all-performance sneaker that you can wear whenever and wherever.

Iconic apparel brand Coogi brought their classic sweater style to the PUMA Lab, lending its signature look to another undisputed classic, the PUMA Clyde.

Other creative collaborators came with the heat as well, including Distinct Life, a Detroit-based operation from the mind of Burn Rubber’s Ricky Williams. Williams opted to put his city on the map, adding plenty of Motor City flavor to an IGNITE Limitless and a Sky II Hi. Los Angeles-based Pink Dolphin also held it down with its third PUMA collaboration, set to drop in Spring ’17.

Rob Garcia showed off the PUMA x En Noir IGNITE evoKNIT and Clyde in his trademark all-black colorway that won’t be on shelves until February. Peng Cheng, from Eastcoast retailer Bait Life, previewed the PUMA x Bait G. Finally, Vilas and Disc Blaze both tricked down a version of the classic sneakers, perfect for someone who’s always on the move.
