John Lennon may have imagined a life with no possessions, but when it came down to it, the dude lived very comfortably. Though the Beatles frontman didn't start driving until he was 25, he wasted no time in building a fleet. In fact, when word first broke of Lennon getting a license, he didn't even have to hit the dealer—they came to him, lining up outside his Kenwood, St. George's Hill residence with an array of luxury makes and models.

When it was all said and done, Lennon picked this Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 in French racing blue as his very first ride. Not bad. The GT, now under consignment to Bonhams Fine Art Auction House, will hit the auction block in Paris on February 5 with an estimated pre-sale value around €120,000-€170,000 ($155-$220K USD). Dreaming yet? You're not the only one. More images below.
