Dwight Howard was forced to sit out a game last night because he has racked up a somewhat astonishing 16 technical fouls on the season (dude, aren't you like a hardcore Christian or something?). And Magic head coach Stan Van Gundy was—naturally—pretty peeved about it. But peeved enough to compare NBA Commissioner David Stern to Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi!?! Yessir! "This is the system and David Stern and his minions like it," he said prior to the game. "So that's the system you have...I certainly can't have an opinion because David Stern, like a lot of leaders we've seen in this world lately, don't really tolerate other people's opinion or free speech or anything. So I'm not really allowed to have an opinion. So it's up to him." Um, Stan: Would you like to pay that fine you've got coming with cash, check, or charge? [via Ball Don't Lie]
