During the NBA lockout, teams aren't allowed to contact their players or use their likenesses to try and sell tickets to their fans for games that probably won't be played. That's a problem for most NBA teams. But for the Nets, it's actually turned out to be a good thing. All across Brooklyn, the team has replaced billboards and signs that used to feature Deron Williams with minority owner Jay-Z. And no shots at D-Will, but that makes us way more excited about going to see the Nets at the Barclays Center in BK in 2012 than a shot of a guy who might not even play for the team anymore.
