VW didn't want to make a mediocre sequel to a classic movie with a milquetoast cross-over shoe-horned in like a certain Japanese automaker that starts with "H" and ends with "onda." Rather, VeeDub has played it safe and good. Dogs and Star Wars. Everybody likes Dogs and Star Wars. This ad chronicles a dog trying to get in shape so he can chase the new Beetle, but there's some Star Wars thrown in there for you as well.
