Could Jay-Z really have Kris Humphries dropped from the New Jersey Nets as Kanye West suggested on "Theraflu" "Way Too Cold"? As it turns out…no.
Yesterday, Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov told the New York Daily News that he would not drop Humphries from the Nets simply because 'Ye or Jay asked him to. "Kris has nothing to worry about," he told the paper's "Gatecrasher" section. "I support my players, and I'm on his side in this epic battle."
Epic battle? Um, okay.
At any rate, it's good to see that Kanye couldn't actually get Humphries dropped from the Nets. No offense, 'Ye, but you said it yourself: No one man should have all that power.
