Originally built in 2003, the Rolls-Royce Phantom entered the market as a celebration of privilege and sophistication. "Might is right" was the mantra, and the behemoth didn't fail to hit the mark. The Phantom has received subtle new stylings and upgraded technology for Series II. We, for one, aren't complaining.
