First came the Nissan Leaf police car. That was weird for the reason that you couldn't catch any hardened criminal, if the routine stop turned ever turned into a pursuit. Now, a Leaf limosine has debuted in Nashville as a shuttle service for the Embassy Suites. Also weird, but for different reasons.

Sure, the fully electric vehicle can fit eight passengers and now features leather and cedar panels, but is it really possible to feel luxurious in a Leaf? Furthermore, riding in a limo is about prestige, looking out at the people who try, but fail, to peer in at the important person inside. We'd simply laugh at somebody stepping out of a Leaf limo.
