After two fires, the stumbling start-up looks to former Chevy Volt leader to steer them into prosperity.

Two recent fires and a series of other missteps have made problems with the Fisker Karma pretty public. The start-up brand hasn't sat on its laurels, moving quickly to pull Tony Posawatz out of retirement to help take Fisker to the next level. Posawatz is the former chief of General Motors' electric vehicle program.
