If you thought Chad Johnson's personal struggles were going to blow over soon, think again. Johnson—who was arrested a month ago and charged with battery after he allegedly attacked his wife Evelyn Lozada during a domestic dispute—has been formally charged with one count of misdemeanor domestic battery in the case. He will need to make an appearance in court this morning to be arraigned and, if he chooses to plead not guilty, he will need one of his lawyers to file a written plea on his behalf.
It doesn't sound like Ocho is too broken up about it, though. Just check out some of the stuff he's been posting up on Twitter over the course of the last 12 hours:
