The armored Marauder, a vehicle built by Africa's largest privately owned defense and aerospace company, Paramout Group, recently got an outlandish makeover in the land of outlandish makeovers, Abu Dhabi. The 16-ton mine and bulletproof army vehicle, famous for beating the Hummer in a series of tests on Top Gear, received a gold, chrome, and bronze paintjob and was covered in Swarovski crystals at the hands of designer Gavin Rajah. The Marauder is pictured above, flanked by model Jenna Upton in a matching gown. According to Ivor Ichikowitz, founder and executive chairman of Paramount Group, the custom Marauder is meant to "...celebrate the Marauder's ongoing reign as the world's toughest vehicle..."
