At 34, Shawn Marion is pretty much nearing the twilight of his career. Understandably, he'd like to end his career on a high note with a solid team. Actually, scratch that. Marion straight up said he will not play if he's traded to a bad team. According to an ESPNarticle, Marion said ""If I'm going to get traded, they're going to tell me what's going on and where I'm goin. Because if I'm going to a (expletive) situation, I'm not going. It's just that simple...At this time, I'm too old to be trying to go through and be a, you know what I'm saying, not have a chance to do anything. I'm at a point where I want to be playing for something right now."

But what would he do if he was traded to [insert struggle team here]? Marion teased he might retire if that was the case. Yep, The Matrix don't want to play no scrubs. Cue the soundtrack.
