Tony Romo Just Signed a New Contract That's Worth More in Guaranteed Money Than the One Joe Flacco Signed

Don't hate.

Yo, do you want a raise? If so, then today is apparently the day to ask!

Already, we've seen Justin Verlander of the Detroit Tigers and Buster Posey of the San Francisco Giants sign massive new deals today. And now, the Dallas Cowboys have announced that they just signed Tony Romo to a six-year extension worth $108 million. That's less overall money than Joe Flacco, who signed a six-year, $120 million contract a few weeks ago. But, Romo is scheduled to collect $55 million guaranteed, compared to just $51 million guaranteed for Flacco. And, as you might expect, that's got the Internet going nuts right now (at the moment, Flacco is trending, Romo is not).

We won't even hate, though. Get your money, Romo! You deserve it. Er, yeah...

Tony Romo 6 yr 55 million dollar extension. Wow really, with one playoff win. You got to be kidding me
