Nothing short of lunacy right here.

The Renault Twizy is an electric city car that makes a grand total of 17 horsepower. If Complex had existed in 1914, that would have been the last time we published "17 horsepower." Renault, being both crazy and delightfully French, decided to make the Twizy F1 concept, which is like the boring one, but equipped with some crazy F1-inspired aero effects and KERS.

Yeah, KERS. If you hit the KERS button in the Twizy F1, the power jumps from 17 hp to 97 hp for 13 seconds, which is enough to take that tiny package to 60 mph in 6.0 seconds. It's exactly how "turbo" works in video games. It may be more than a bit stupid, but it's also brilliant in its own way.
