When the Phoenix Mercury selected Brittney Griner with the No. 1 pick in the 2013 WNBA Draft, you had to think that the league was never going to be the same again. At 6'8", Griner is a truly talented player with a unique blend of size, speed and athleticism. Last night, the former Baylor Lady Bear scored 17 points with eight rebounds and four blocks, as well as throwing down two dunks, in her debut game against No. 2 overall pick in this year's draft, Elena Delle Donne, and the Chicago Sky.

Check out the two dunks by Griner, which was one short of the most slams ever in a WNBA game.

Salute.
