Delonte West might be coming back to the NBA soon.
Just one week after the former Mavericks guard made an appearance in SLAM to make a public plea to all of the NBA teams out there to give him a chance this offseason, a report has emerged indicating that both the Knicks and the Grizzlies might be interested in signing the NBA vet. A source told CSNNW that talks between the teams and West is still "preliminary at this point" and that neither of them has actually made an offer to West. But both teams have been in contact with West and may decide to pursue him further before the end of the summer.
Please, oh please let this be true! We want to see Delonte get one more chance in the NBA before he hangs up his sneakers for good.
