To promote peace in Congo, Falling Whistles coalition member Daniel Laurén turned his Audi R8 into a beautiful, moving symbol of the everything that the organization stands for. Laurén wrapped the Audi in a custom design that features an outline of the country and a black circle with "6.9 Million Dead" on the door, signifying the amount of deaths since 1994 in the war-ravaged Congo.

"Congo’s outline becomes smaller or larger depending on how it is viewed. The illusion is symbolic of the potential to move forward with democracy, or fall back into a cycle of dictatorship and rebellion," says Falling Whistles Art Director, Mario Salangsang. Like the whistle necklaces available on the coalition's website, the wrap is definitely a conversation starter, and a much better idea than a lot of the others we've seen.
