That was fast! Ed Reed cleared waivers yesterday afternoon, one day after the Houston Texansdecided to part ways with the Pro Bowl safety. And already, Reed has found a new team for the remainder of the 2013-14 NFL season.

So where's he headed? Back to Baltimore to reunite with the Ravens? Up to New England to play for the Patriots? Out the Denver to ball for the Broncos? Nope! Even though everyone suspected that Reed would try and sign with a true Super Bowl contender, he just signed a deal with…

Hmmm…The Jets? Or, better yet, the Jets? Okay, so they've actually been pretty impressive so far this season. But it feels like they're still a couple years away from making a serious playoff run. But whatever. It's just good to see that Reed has already landed back on his feet.
