Nothing spells "romance" like the constant threat of having your kneecaps shattered on your wedding day. On the other hand, it does spell "viral YouTube video" so there's the motive.
We really wonder how these people all came to agree that this was a good idea, but we're happy that they did, and we're also happy that this celebration didn't end in a trip to the hospital. Newly wed couples are supposed to get drunk and make awkward jokes about how it's not their first time on their wedding day, not get matching titanium rods inserted into their tibias.
