The investigation on the vulgar conduct of the Dolphins locker room is still ongoing, but it's a definite that Jonathan Martin won't be back in Miami uniform this season. The offensive lineman has been placed on the non-football injury list, which makes him ineligible for the rest of the season. The placement allows Miami to replace Martin on the 53-man roster, so it decided to signed safety D.J. Campbell.

On the other hand, accused bully Richie Incognito has had it easier this past couple of weeks after becoming the center of the public vitriol. After originally being suspended indefinitely, Incognito faces a maximum suspension of six games with two without pay.
