Huracan. Ruminate on that word for a minute. It'll be the name for the successor to the Lamborghini Gallardo. An anonymous source confirmed the news with Auto Express, and Lamborghini trademarked the name—Mayan for the god of fire, wind, and storms—in April 2012.

Now we just need to see the damn thing. The Huracan isn't set to be debuted until the Geneva Motor Show in March. Until then we'll just have to imagine how badass the car is to deserve such a name.
