On Thanksgiving night, Mitt Romney's son Josh Romney did something really nice for four people who accidentally crashed their car into a house in Salt Lake City, Utah. He pulled over, helped all four of them out of their car, made sure they were OK, and then waited with them until help arrived. The crash did destroy a portion of someone's house. But all four of the people survived the wreck.

What he did next, though, was super weird. Rather than leaving the scene and allowing for someone else to discover what he had done for the people, Josh tweeted about what he had done after seeing the car crash.

"Was first on scene to big accident," he wrote, "see pic of car in the house. I lifted 4 people out to safety. All ok. Thankful."

And that's not all. In addition to the tweet, Josh also posted the strange selfie that you see above. It features him smiling—yes, smiling!—next to a photo of the car that was sitting in someone's kitchen. It's…well, weird, to say the absolute least.

Josh obviously did a really nice thing for the four people who were involved in the crash. But this photo just doesn't sit right with us—or with the hundreds of people who have criticized Josh on both Twitter and Facebook for taking it.
