The Memphis Grizzlies have been a bit of a disappointment so far this season. Although they're hovering right around .500 right now with a 10-11 record, the Grizzlies looked like a championship contender last season. But this year, it appears as though they'll be lucky to make it out of the first round of the NBA Playoffs, especially since the Western Conference is so stacked.

Because of that and because he's probably going to choose to become a free agent next summer, the Grizzlies are reportedly thinking about trading Zach Randolph before the NBA trade deadline early next year. There are no trades currently in place—though, for the record, Memphis is reportedly interested in Pelicans forward Ryan Anderson—but according to sources who spoke with Bleacher Report recently, Randolph will likely be moved before the end of the season. So keep an eye on him as we move forward.
