Wait a minute, isn't the NFL regular season over? We thought it was. But if it is, then why are the Raiders still losing?!

Earlier today, a bunch of current and former Raiderscheerleaders—aka "Raiderettes"—filed a lawsuit against the team. They claim that the Raiders do not pay their cheerleaders for their services until the end of every NFL season, that the Raiders do not pay their cheerleaders for all of the hours that they actually work, and that the Raiders fail to pay many of the business-related expenses accumulated by cheerleaders. So they're suing for wage theft and want the Raiders to pay up.

We'll have to wait and see if the Raiders are able to win this one. But given the season they just endured, we wouldn't count on it.
