You know that old saying "Forgive and forget"? Uh, yeah. Isiah Thomas does not subscribe to it.

Back on December 14, 1991, Karl Malonedelivered a devastating elbow directly to the Pistons guard's face in the middle of the game. The elbow resulted in a gash on Thomas' head that required 47 stitches. And apparently, Thomas is still pretty bitter about it. He was asked about the elbow during a recent interview with The Detroit News, and he revealed that he still doesn't understand why Malone did that to him.

"I think it was the dirtiest play I have experienced in the game of basketball in my life," he said. "I don't think I've seen anything as vicious and as intentional to a player. I still don't understand it…It was horrific. That was the cheapest [expletive] in my mind in the history of the game."

In the history of the game? Eh, we've seen worse. At the very least, The Mailman tried to pretend he was simply playing defense when he delivered the elbow. But that doesn't make it any less devastating. And we don't blame Thomas one bit for still being upset about it.
