ESPN’s Marc Stein is reporting on his Twitter that San Antonio Spurs’ point guard Tony Parker fully participated in practice today and will play in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals tomorrow:

Gregg Popovich just announced that Tony Parker participated in Sunday's practice and will play in Monday's Game 1 vs. OKC

While this should not come as much of a surprise, there was at least some doubt as to whether Parker would be ready after he sustained a hamstring injury early in the second quarter of Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals against Portland. It appears the four days of rest were enough for the guard, who is the most essential part of the Spurs’ dynamic offense.

For a Thunder team that has already lost Serge Ibaka for the season, this was probably not the news they wanted to hear.
