Chad Johnson Made His Canadian Football League Debut Last Night (Video)

It wasn't a pretty debut for Chad Johnson who only caught one pass for 13 yards.

Last night, the Montreal Alouettes played their second game of the season against the Ottawa Redblacks at Percival Molson Stadium in front of 18,141 fans who probably came to see Chad Johnson make his CFL debut. On paper, Johnson shouldn't be anywhere near a football field at the age of 36. But, if you have ever seen this famous video, then you know very well that the man formerly known as Ochocinco is a freakish athlete.

On the Alouettes' very first play, Troy Smith (remember him?!) completed a 13-yard out pass to Johnson. It looked like it was going to be the start of a beautiful relationship between Chad and Troy, but then...poof! Johnson didn't catch another pass. Since it was a preseason game, we'll cut dude some slack and attribute it to Chad getting the rust off.

With that being said, no mercy in the next game, Ocho! We're talking at least 70 receiving yards, one touchdown and one elaborate endzone celebration. No pressure.
