Derek Kellett is an idiot from South Carolina. First, he rode his motorcycle around town in a manner that seemed to be carefully designed to break every law of the road there is on the books. Then he evaded police until the cops decided that it wasn't worth the risk to the public to continue pursuit. He didn't die and didn't get caught; this means he's a lucky idiot.

Being an idiot, he of course then wanted to brag about his misdeeds, and did so by posting a helmet-cam video with the conspicuous title of "Yamaha R6 Runs From Cops- Full High Speed Chase!!" to YouTube. The police saw it and have charged him with a litany of crimes, including five counts of reckless driving.
