Tony Parker sure sounds like a man 100 percent certain that his entire team will be back next season.

Speaking after the Spurs knocked off the Heat on Sunday night to win their fifth NBA title since 1999, Parker told reporters that “It will come to an end, but I don't think next year. I think everybody's gonna come back.”

The Spurs and their fans are certainly hoping that owner Peter Holt’s hypothesis that “Tim [Duncan] and Manu [Ginobili] are going to play until they die” comes true, given how well the aging team has continued to play year-in and year-out. Duncan has a $10.3 million player option for next season, which he seems likely to exercise given his continued excellence on the court.

Coach Gregg Popovich said before Game 5 that he would be back as well, so it seems like San Antonio will be at full strength in 2014-15 when they look to do something the franchise has never done before: win back-to-back NBA championships.
