After signing a five-year deal worth $118 million with the Miami Heat earlier this month, Chris Bosh has officially made his mansion in the Palisades Highlands of California available for purchase. The 10,700-square foot villa is currently listed with Sotheby's for $19.5 million, which may seem like a hefty sum, but can you really put a price on "unobstructed views" of Topanga Canyon and the Pacific Ocean? Casa de Bosh contains six beds and eight baths, and you can entertain yourself for hours on end with a gym, home theater, and sports bar/billiards room. Bosh purchased the house in 2012 for $9.4 million, so he stands to make a neat profit should his asking price be met.
